Pokemon with ability "Fly", for example Fearow or with ability "Surf", for example Goldeen,
45lvl.

Start in city Fuchsia. Thanks to pokemon with ability "Fly" or "Surf" follow arrows.

Land on the island and go inside castle.

Then to the first floor.

And then to the second one. At the end of arrow there's chest with reward.
