Second mission from Tomatito is completing a task | Second mission from Tomatito is completing a task to kill ivysaurs, to start it, you need to be atleast level 40. We begin the quest in Saffron and get it from NPC Tomatito.
Mission 1
Tomatito asks us for dexes of all Bug type pokemons from Kanto region. So we need to dex these pokemons: caterpie, metapod, butterfree, weedle, kakuna, beedrill, paras, parasect, venonat, venomoth, scyther i pinsir.
Mission 2
Second mission from Tomatito is completing a task to kill ivysaurs, to start it, you need to be atleast level 40. We head to an NPC called Lost Wanderer who is in Pewter and we get ivysaur task from him. Before taking ivy task, we need to complete 300 Bulbasaurs task. After that, we can get a task for 350 Ivysaurs. After completing both tasks, we can head back to NPC Tomatito.
Mission 3
For the last mission we need to collect and give to Tomatito these items:
100 caterpie's horns, 100 pot of bug moss, 50 scythes, 45 vileplume's petals, 45 bug antenna, 25 horns, 30 pairs of twin needles, 15 butterfree's wings, 5 insect plate.
Caterpie's horn drop from caterpie.
Pot of bug moss drop from bug type.
Scythe drop from scythera.
Vileplume's petal drop from vileplume.
Bug antenna drop from venonata and venomotha.
Horn drop from pinsira, taurosa and rhydona.
Pair of twin needles drop from beedrilla.
Butterfree's wing drop from butterfree.
Insect plate drop from bug type.

In exchange for all these items, Tomtito gives us a reward:
