Jednak ich wygląd jest monotonny. Możemy go zmienić, czyli pokolorować balla. Są do tego dwaj NPC.

Tego NPC znajdziemy w markecie w mieście [[Miasta|Celadon]]. Za każdego pomalowanego balla pobiera opłatę 1 diament. Aby pomalować balla musimy mieć pokemona w slocie pod orderem. Piszemy do NPC ''colour'' następnie wybieramy kolor i potwierdzamy to. Do wyboru mamy kolory: aqua, yellow, pink i purple.<br>

Drugim NPC jest Kurt. Znajdziemy go w północno-wschodniej części miasta [[Miasta|Azalea]]. Aby pomalować balla również musimy go mieć w slocie pod orderem. Mówimy do NPC ''skin'', a potem wybieramy kolor. Za każdego pomalowanego balla NPC poprosi 1 diament i 3 apricorny (zdobywamy je przy użyciu umiejętności pokemona "[[Harvest]]" na specjalnych drzewkach) w kolorze balla. Mamy do wybory 7 różnych kolorów: love(pink apricorn), fast(white apricorn), moon(yellow apricorn), lure(blue apricorn), level(red apricorn), friend(green apricorn) i heavy(black apricorn).<br>
