The begging
First thing that you have to do is finding team rocket hideout, its located in Celadon, in casino, in room next to pokemon center. In the underground hideout you have to defeat few NPCs, each NPC gives 3hd after his defeat.

Alice Rocket
Our journey with team rocket starts with fight against Alice Rocket, that you have to defeat in favor of Oficer Mary. Alice Rocket after her defeat she will give you red gem, 10hd and will allow you to go to the next part of their base. You have to defeat each NPC.
The door seems to be sealed against unwanted intruders.
Alice is a trainer that probably have the strongest team from Rockets on Kanto:

John Rocket resides in the dressing room.

Amy Rocket
Amy Rocket Fight with normal and flying type pokemons like:
Carl Rocket
Carl Hes training water type pokemons
Patry Rocket

Paul Rocket Hes using poison type pokemons:
Alvaro Rocket
Alvaro Rocket is a boss of all Rockets. Hes quite a calm man, he don't want to fight. He decides that he will give you mission of bringing him few items like: 1 luck medalion, 25 wool balls, 5 future orbs, 1 bird beak and 10 fire potions.
Items
Luck medalion can be obtained from meowth
Wool Ball also can be obtained from meowth
Future orbs can be obtained from psychic or ghost type pokemons
Bird Beak you can obtain them from Dodrio or Doduo
Fire potionyou can obtain them from fire type pokemons
Box 2 from Alvaro
After collecting all items, come back to Celadon. Go to Alvaro, that after small conversation will give us PA Box 2 and Rocket outfit.
