	* House Commands		* House Commands (comandos de casas)
	~~Second part is~~ a ~~display of all existing commands for houses, while first one allows you to look for houses by world~~, ~~city~~, status, ~~type and sort it by wanted order~~.		A segunda parte é uma exibição de todos os comandos existentes para casas, enquanto a primeira permite procurar casas por mundo, cidade, status, tipo e classificá-las na ordem desejada.

	~~First you have to search for avaible houses by using house searching options~~.		Primeiro, você precisa procurar casas disponíveis usando as opções de busca.
	<br>~~Once you decided on your searching option you will see list of houses~~, ~~in order to participate in auction house need to be not owned~~.		<br>Depois das pesquisas você verá uma lista de casas, para participar do leilão você precisa escolher uma casa que não tenha dono.

	<br>~~Here you can see all informations about chosen house and how much money you would have to pay each month for~~ a ~~rent also if someone is currently bidding this house~~.		<br>Aqui você pode ver todas as informações sobre a casa escolhida e quanto de dinheiro você terá que pagar todos os meses pelo aluguel, também verá se alguém atualmente está participando do leilão.
	<br>~~In order to start auction click~~ "start auction" ~~button and you will be taken to this page~~:		<br>Para começar o leilão clique em "start auction" e você será redirecionado para essa página:

	<br>~~Here you can see whats the minimal bid~~.		<br>Aqui você pode ver qual é o lance mínimo.
	<br>~~In order to start participating in auction choose with which character you are going to bid and write ammount of money in your bid~~.		<br>Para participar, escolha com qual personagem você deseja participar e escreva a quantia em dinheiro do lance.
	<br>~~Once you placed your bid auction will start and it will last~~ 24 ~~hours throughout that time other players can out bid you and you can do the same~~.		<br>Depois de dar seu lance, o leilão se inicia e terá a duração de 24 horas. Durante esse período, outros jogadores poderão fazer lances e você também.

	* ~~You must be at least of~~ Level 30		* Você deve ser pelo menos Level 30
	* ~~You must have at least~~ 2 premium ~~days left~~		* Você deve ter ao menos 2 dias de premium restantes
	* ~~You cannot bid for more than one auction at once~~		* Você não pode fazer lances em mais de um leilão ao mesmo tempo
	* ~~You cannot own other house in any character of your account~~		* Você não pode possuir outra casa em nenhum personagem da sua conta
	* ~~None of the~~ guilds ~~of your characters may have a~~ guildhall ~~already~~		* Nenhuma das guilds dos seus personagens pode ter uma guildhall
	* ~~In the case of a~~ guildhall, ~~your guild must have at least~~ 10 ~~members~~		* No caso de uma guildhall, sua guilda deve ter pelo menos 10 membros
	* ~~Your character cannot be~~ online ~~when you try to place a bid~~		* Seu personagem não pode estar online quando você tentar fazer um lance
	* ~~Besides the money for the bid~~, ~~you have to pay the house~~/guildhall ~~price~~ (~~equivalent to rent~~)		* Além do dinheiro do lance, você deve pagar pelo preço da casa/guildhall (equivalente ao aluguel)

			* You cannot bid for more than one auction at once
			* You cannot own other house in any character of your account
			* None of the guilds of your characters may have a guildhall already
			* In the case of a guildhall, your guild must have at least 10 members
			* Your character cannot be online when you try to place a bid
			* Besides the money for the bid, you have to pay the house/guildhall price (equivalent to rent)
			* Houses bought by auction must have at least 120 tiles of space
