Txell
This NPC can be found in a supermarket in the city Celadon.
One diamond is charged for each painted ball. To paint the ball we must have a pokemon in the slot under the order. We write to the NPC color then choose the color and confirm it. You can choose from: aqua, yellow, pink and purple.
