• ter capturado um Porygon (você pode conseguir um no cassino),
• Ter completado as missões: Kanto Box 2 Quest, Kanto Box 3 Quest, Johto Box 2 Quest, Johto Box 3 Quest, PAnnihilator.
• Fly, Surf, Find Hole.

A missão começa em Goldenrod na NPC Officer Mike Lowrey.

Officer Mike Lowrey: Yesterday I've got a call from Lavender, someone have reported me an explosion in some hidden Lab, north from Squirtle island. Can you go there and check what happend?

O oficial Mike Lowrey dirá que ocorreu uma explosão estranha no laboratório Norte da ilha dos Squirtle, proximo à Lavender, ele pedirá para você checar o que aconteceu.
Vá para o lugar onde você encontrará o Scientist Norman.

Norman nos diz que, enquanto pesquisava outra forma de porygon, algo deu errado e o porygon ficou grande e fugiu do laboratório. Ele nos pede para informar o Officer Mike Lowrey.

Player: Mission
Officer Mike Lowrey: Did you find something?
Player: Yes
Officer Mike Lowrey: Oh, I can see a connection now. Today I've got another call from Celadon. Professor Darwin saw something weird flying around Celadon and maybe other cities too, please go there and talk with him.

Você descobrirá que o Officer Mike Lowrey também recebeu um telefonema do cientista Darwin, ele nos pede para ir até Celadon.

Darwin: You want to know about the weird thing I have seen?
Player: Yes
Darwin: It's strange, it looks like a Pokemon, or a robot... Mostly like a Porygon, but bigger!! Maybe I know someone who can help you.

Darwin nos conta que viu algo estranho parecendo um pokémon ou um robô, semelhante ao porygon. Ele nos diz para entrar em contato com Maggie, porque ela pode saber algo a mais sobre isso.

Va até Maggie, ela vive em Cerulean.

Maggie reclama que os dispositivos em sua casa pararam de funcionar depois que esse estranho robô pokémon voou sobre Cerulean. Ela nos pede para ir ao Doctor Akihabara que está localizado na ilha elétrica ao lado do Saffari.

Doctor Akihabara: Hello, Maggie made me a call thanking me for the radio. Thank you for helping her.
Player: Mission
Doctor Akihabara: Maggie sent you?
Player: Yes

Depois de derrotar o NPC, a única coisa que resta é lutar com o chefe, Big Porygon.
Seu quarto será marcado com a cabeça de porygon no lado esquerdo, e uma vez que você o derrote, você deverá voltar para o Scientist Norman, e então para o Officer Mike Lowrey para coletar a recompensa.
